Who has time to constantly refresh their email or property guide to be alerted to property that might suit their needs?

With our First-in-Line EOI (Expression of Interest) strategy, we can do the hard work for you.

1. Complete a First-in-Line EOI online and be clear with your criteria;
2. Upload your ID;
3. We get new stock every day. If anything comes through that meets your criteria, we will immediately take it offline and contact the builder/developer with you as a potential buyer. We will provide you with the information needed to take the next step. You will not be obligated to purchase or pay a deposit, but you will have first shot before anyone else. If you are not interested, it will go back online.
4. Your First-in-Line EOI is valid for three months. If we have not reserved any property for you in that time, we will contact you to learn if you've already purchased or if your criteria has changed.
