I do not believe that we would be in such a strong position with our current purchase were it not for Alexander – that I am sure of. I do believe that we came across him by luck – but what a lucky step it was for us!
He answered all of our questions, helped us navigate the land purchase nightmare and set us up with a builder that we are confident will build our dream home. He also provided additional information and advice for everything we needed to know or didn’t know to ask about - without being prompted. Alexander is the guru of the house and land process and he holds nothing back when it comes handing over information and advice. At all times, Alexander was completely transparent with pricing, quoting, add-ons & upgrades, council expectations and turn around times for each step of the process.
